Refund Policy

At Frisco Immigration & Weight Loss Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality medical care and transparent billing practices.

Medical Services

All medical consultations, examinations, and services are non-refundable once rendered.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Weight Management Programs

Fees for medical weight management consultations are non-refundable once the visit has been completed.

Prescription medications are not eligible for refunds once prescribed or dispensed, in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Immigration Medical Exams (I-693)

Fees for immigration medical examinations cover the medical evaluation and required documentation. Services already performed are non-refundable.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our office within 7 days of the transaction so we may review and resolve the matter promptly.
